- Axminster Why Join Us? Joining Bonus: £750 Paid to hire drivers & £300 Paid to van owners.
* Competitive Pay: Earn from £175/£190 per day VAT (if registered), with opportunities to increase.

Seasonal Bonus: Extra £10 (for routes up to 4.5 h) / £21 (for routes over 4.5 h) on top of your route rate from week 4552.

Temporary incentive: £7 per route (over 4.5h) from weeks 4044 .

Performance Incentives: F uel contribution and possibilities to earn more based on performance.

Weekly Payments: Consistent, reliable payments every week.

Support & Training: Full training provided, with pre-sequenced parcels to simplify your route.

Flexible Van Options: Rental with insurance, maintenance, and tyres included.

Role Overview: Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.

Follow pre-sequenced parcel routes for maximum efficiency.

Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.

Maintain Fast UK Parcels high standards of professionalism.

Candidate Requirements: Full UK/EU driving licence , held for at least 12 months.

No more than 6 penalty points .

Manual licence is preferred ( please note that we are unable to accept automatic licenses for van rentals ); an automatic licence is accepted for drivers with their own van.

Previous multi-drop or courier experience is desirable but not essential.

Strong time-management and organisational skills .

Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service .

The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start .

* Joining Bonus for hire drivers paid in 3 x £250 on the 1st, 3rd and 5th week & for Van Owners paid in 3 x £100 on the 1st, 3rd and 5th weeks
