FLT Driver (Counterbalance)

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts):

* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm – £12.30 per hour

* Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm – £13.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles

* Moving palletised goods within the warehouse and storage facility

* Supporting general warehouse operations

* Manual handling and handballing duties (approximately 30% of the role)

* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)

* FLT Reach and/or VNA licence (desirable – in-house or expired licences considered)

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

* Ability to work rotating shifts

* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
