£18.00 per hour | Ongoing Work | Immediate Start Got People are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver to work with our client based in the Potters Bar area. This role involves driving a dustcart vehicle on planned refuse collection routes and assisting loaders when required. It is a great opportunity for an experienced Class 2 driver looking for stable, ongoing work within the waste management sector. Key Responsibilities Driving an HGV Class 2 dustcart vehicle on scheduled refuse collection routes
Following planned collection locations and daily routes
Working alongside loaders and assisting with loading when required
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Following all road safety and driver hours regulations Requirements Minimum 18 months recent HGV Class 2 driving experience (Category C)
Previous dustcart or refuse collection driving experience preferred
Valid UK Driving Licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
Ability to support loaders and assist with collections when needed
Reliable, flexible and able to complete routes safely
Must have appropriate PPE including Hi-Vis, Ballistic Trousers and Safety Boots (can be provided) Pay and Job Details £18.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
Saturday shifts available with weekend uplift
