F1 Personnel are an agency working with this well-established and highly respected local company providing Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Recovery and Repair services based in Chessington.

No recovery experience? No problem full training is provided within a supportive team environment!

• Helping people in a time of need by attending broken down vehicles by the roadside.
• Providing basic repairs just as wheel changes and jump starts OR Transporting vehicles that can't be repaired to the depot, local garage or customer's home address

Pay & Benefits:

• Basic Pay:£15 per hour
• Overtime:Available
• Bonuses & Incentives:Vehicle workshop bonus
• OTE Pay per Year:£43,600

Truck:Can take truck home whilst on shift so minimal travel to work costs

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity:this is a Temporary role with the potential for a contract extension or permanent job offer (depending upon the business need)

Shifts:
6 on / 3 off, rotating on a 4-week roster:

• Week 1: 06:0018:00
• Week 2: 08:0020:00
• Week 3: 10:0022:00
• Week 4: 18:0006:00

Average Hours per Week:56

Will include weekend and Bank Holiday working as part of the roster.

Training:Full recovery training provided.

Skills & Experience:All candidates must have the following:

Driving Requirements:

• Minimum 7.5T (LGV C1)
• Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements, no DD, DR, IN, CD
• Hold current Drivers Qualification Card (DCPC) & Tacho Card

Personal Attributes:

• Previous 7.5T driving experience
• Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused
• Able to work on own initiative and in all weathers
• Professional and safe driving record

Vetting:Checks will include:

• Identity and Right to Work
• DBS Criminal Records
• Referencing for 2-years
