Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Driver to join our team. This role involves both on-site operations and regular on-road driving, so confidence and experience in both areas are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating tractors safely and efficiently
Driving on public roads between sites
Assisting with general farm/estate duties as required
Carrying out basic daily checks and reporting maintenance needs
Ensuring all work is completed to high safety standards
Requirements:
Full UK driving license (trailer entitlement preferred but not essential)
Proven experience driving tractors
Ability to drive confidently on public roads
Good awareness of safety and road regulations
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
