Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Van Driver to ensure the timely delivery and collection of vans to and from client sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, liaising closely with customers, depot staff, and hire desk administrators. Reporting To: Depot Manager Liaising With: Customers, Depot Staff, Hire Desk Administrators Key Responsibilities: Safely driving company vans to designated locations. Conducting daily vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any defects or issues. Ensuring all vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer service intervals. Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures during operations. Following company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. Preparing vans for hire, including cleaning, testing, and inspecting vehicles. Performing additional duties as assigned by the Depot Manager. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a similar driving role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail.
