(Class 1 HGV Driver - Nights) - Position Overview Our client is an All-round logistics provider specializing in next day/ same day delivery of air and sea freight as well as the distribution of heavy, awkward and dangerous consignments within the UK. As a Class 1 HGV Driver, working the night shifts, you will have the responsibility of driving company vehicles in a safe manner and adhere to all relevant legislation / rules in relation to the loads being transported. Your main tasks will be:

Completing deliveries / collections throughout the UK, starting in the company's depot in Birmingham Load and unload in line with the company code of practice and use appropriate equipment. Maintain security of load while loading, transporting and delivering. Comply with various legislations regarding vehicle safety, tachographs operation and Working Time Directive.

C+E Licence requirement. Valid Driver CPC card (DQC) essential. Digital tachograph card essential.
