In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and effective running of day-to-day depot operations by providing high-quality training to all drivers. You will ensure that statutory, legal, and operational requirements are met, and that drivers are skilled, competent, and compliant with all regulations. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment and Onboarding : Support the hiring process by conducting pre-employment assessments and delivering a comprehensive 5-day driver induction, ensuring compliance with all standards and legislation.

Ongoing Driver Training : Provide regular refresher training and additional mode training to improve driver skills and customer service.

Record Management : Maintain accurate records of driver competence and training using Express Class.

Post-Incident Support : Conduct reassessments and retraining for drivers involved in incidents to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
