Job Description: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Runcorn WA7 3BE
Salary: £14.65 p/h plus 250 attendance bonus each quarter to qualifying staff. (O/T £18.20 per hour after 182 hours worked within each calendar month)
Hours of Work: Any 4-5 shifts out of 7. This role will include working weekends and a mixture of days and nights. Shift hours are 07:00 to 19:00/ 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Type: Temp ongoing with the potential to go perm.


Job Duties:

" Accurate, safe, and timely loading and unloading of goods in line with company policies and standard operating procedures
" A successful candidate will also be required to work on a production line unloading pallets of stock and labelling them.
" Handballing products and placing goods in the designated areas whilst ensuring accuracy.
" Checking the goods delivery against the delivery paperwork.
" General housekeeping duties.

Essential Requirements:

" FLT Counterbalance certificate (RTITB/ITSAAR or Inhouse).
" At least 1-year experience driving an FLT Counterbalance truck and ideally a PPT or LLOP truck
" Desirable to have used clamp attachments.
" Previous experience in the Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
" Good verbal and written English skills.
" Flexible to working days, nights, and weekends as part of a weekly rota.
" Attention to detail.
" A "Can Do" attitude.
" Ability to communicate effectively within the organisation both informally and formally through appropriate.
