The Vacancy
Uniserve, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our dynamic team. Our drivers are integral to our business, ensuring the timely and secure delivery of products to our valued customers. Salary: ? £35,700annual (Performance related bonus of up to £2,000 a year paid quarterly).
Key Responsibilities :
Complete daily vehicle checks in accordance with company procedures to ensure roadworthiness.
Report vehicle defects immediately, following company protocols.
Assist in the loading and unloading of company vehicles.
Report any customer complaints to the Transport team promptly.
Ensure compliance with all current EU road transport regulations.
Safely secure freight for transit, avoiding overloading by weight or capacity.
Undertake other duties on-site when not engaged in the primary role.
Key Skills/Experience :
Multi drop experience.
Holds a valid HGV LGV Class 2 minimum license (1 year minimum).
Holds a valid DCPC Card.
Holds a Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 points on your license.
Commercial driving experience.
