HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for Class 2 drivers for a local haulier in the Sankey area. It is Multi drop work around 9 hours a day completing commercial and domestic deliveries.

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS ON LICENCE
*Responsibilities*
Drive Class 2 Vehicles to transport goods over short or long distances
Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo
Plan routes to meet delivery schedules using scanner when required
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
*Requirements*
Hold a valid Class 2 Licence with no more than 6 points
Proven experience as a lorry driver or similar role
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Valid CPC
