Job Title: HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver Location: Dunmow Salary: £15.17 per hour Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 5pm (4 day week)

My client, a well respected local authority, is recruiting for HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join their team in Little Canfield, Dunmow.

As an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver, you will play a key role in supporting local services by carrying out waste and recycling collections safely and efficiently. Drivers may also be required to assist with loading, so a flexible and team focused approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving a HGV Class 2 Dustcart across local collection routes

*

Ensuring all waste and recycling collections are completed safely and on schedule

*

Assisting with loading duties when required

*

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Preferred Skills and Experience:

*

Previous dustcart driving experience is desirable

*

A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

*

CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

*

Good knowledge of Uttlesford District Council surrounding area and routes is an advantage
