Days: from £16.68up to £17.18per hour (based on starttime)
Afternoons:from £16.68up to £17.89per hour(based on starttime)
Nights:from£16.68up to£18.08per hour(based on starttime)
Saturdays:£18.04per hour
Sundays:£20.07per hour
Overtime:£20.80 per hour (after 10.5 hoursdaily)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HG Recruitment are recruitingHGV DRIVER CLASS 1in partnership withourWINCANTONclient based in Runcorn. Driversare required towork Monday to Friday AM (between 02:00/05:00 OR PM (between 14:00/17:00), this would be a mixture between store deliveries and long distant trunking. ProfessionalHGVDriversare required toAPPLY NOW.

DUTIES:

• Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage.
• Always provide excellent customer service and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
• HGVDriversmust Carry out multi-drop deliveries within the delivery window in a safe manner.
• Be aware of any vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary
• Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
• Be a good timekeeper and be able to work unsupervised
• Possess an Enthusiastic and reliable attitude towards delivering first class customer service
• Must havegood communicationskills and a flexible can-do attitude to work

REQUIRMENTS:

• HGV C+E licence minimum6months
• Digi Tacho & CPC cards
• Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
• Knowledge of driver regulations (WTD & Drivers Hours)
• Good national geographical awareness
• Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
• Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
• Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering first class customer service
• Must havegood communicationskills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
