Taylor Stevenson is recruiting experienced Bus / Coach Drivers with double-deck experience to join a major aviation operator at Heathrow Airport.
This role is ideal for professional drivers looking to transition into airside operations with excellent pay progression and structured shift patterns.
Shift Pattern
4 on / 2 off
8.5 hours per shift
Early & late shifts
Pay Rates (Effective from Day One)
Basic Pay: £14.37
Standard Pay + Shift Allowance: £15.31
Overtime (after 37.5 hours per week)
Monday to Friday Basic x 1.5 - £21.55
Saturday / Sunday Basic x 2 - £28.74
Bank Holidays - Basic x 2 - £28.74
Minimum Requirements
Bus / Coach licence
Minimum 2 years double-deck driving experience
Airside experience beneficial but not essential
Clear communication (written & verbal)
Calm under pressure with strong responsibility mindset
Full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
