About the Role: We are looking for a reliable Refuse Driver to join our Hayes team. This role is ideal for someone seeking steady, full-time work in a professional and supportive environment. You’ll be an essential part of our operations, helping ensure safe and efficient waste collections for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Carry out scheduled commercial waste collections along designated routes • Safely operate and drive Class 2 vehicles as required • Work alongside loaders to ensure efficient and timely service • Complete daily vehicle checks and follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements: • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence • Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tacho Card • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence • Previous refuse or commercial waste experience beneficial but not essential • Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team • Willing to start early and work in all weather conditions
