Bus Driver Pay Rates
Drivers with Less Than 3 Years Experience (Drivers with less than 3 years London Bus experience remain on DR152 rates, even after 12 weeks)
Training from: £13.85 - £18.39
PAYE: £17.51 £20.75 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay: £19.62 £23.25 per hour
Umbrella: £23.25 £27.56 per hour
Rates vary by weekday, weekend, overtime, and bank holidays
Drivers with 3+ Years Experience (Higher rates apply only after 12 weeks AND with 3+ years experience)
PAYE: £20.12 £23.81 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay: £22.55 £26.68 per hour
Umbrella: £26.72 - £31.62 per hour
Rates vary by weekday, weekend, overtime, and bank holidays.
